“Earlier this year, my husband and I started the process of buying a home here in Twin Falls. Our earlier experience of selling our house was not ideal but we were excited to be on the other side - starting our search for our dream home. Through a friend, we found Kiersten Verbee from Idahome Reality. Immediately, she made appts for us to see houses that fit our preferences. Took us to see SO many & it did not take her long to understand exactly what we were looking for. She got us started with a loan agent & they worked so hard to make sure we found & got exactly what we wanted. Our house was not an easy purchase. The seller was not motivated to sell and oftentimes we wouldn’t even get a response before necessary paperwork deadlines expired.. Things that HAD to be signed to close. Wrong signatures being signed.. Damages were done to the house right before closing.. closing was pushed because of seller not being ready. The highlights of our purchase experience. Kiersten was incredible with every step. She handled as much of the difficult communication that she could possibly do. She chased down responses. She was patient and understanding with our questions, concerns & most importantly to us, was very honest with what she felt we should do in every instance during closing. She even handled some of the instances where the seller’s mail and packages needed to get back to the seller, somehow over the last 4 months. Up until the end, it wasn’t an easy job for Kiersten. Yet she told us to call her for ANYTHING. Made sure she handled everything & she offered us such an amazing gift after closing. We have been intending on leaving her an amazing review but life has just been getting in the way. Today, we were surprised with this little scarecrow on our doorstep with a ’Happy Fall’ card and another reminder that she is only a phone call away. Seriously, she made a difficult buying process as enjoyable as it possibly could be & still continues to offer support, months later.
