“I would like to give a SHOUT OUT to Alvin Malone! I am a new customer with Heritage and have had several Irigation companies prior to selecting Heritage. I noticed my neighbor had Heritage last year and I observed their workers when he was having service. The time and attention to detail was incredible! I decided to switch this year and Alvin came and I was not disappointed! He was meticulously checking EACH and every head and noticed a spot in yard by sidewalk that had a little water which should have not been there. He also replaced a head that was bubbling He asked if I wanted to look into that and I said absolutely! When he started digging he ran into my lamppost wiring as well as my outdoor lighting wire and so he got on his hands and knees and moved soil until he found a PVC pipe for one of my zones which had a nick in it. It must been there for years and no other company took the time to check it out. Alvin took care of patching pipe and the most important part is my lawn. I am very particular about my yard (manicured) and Alvin used his shooter to cut the lawn pieces in sections so when he finished he put back together and I could not tell where he had digged! Again, great job Alvin and THANK YOU for assessment of my system, your professionalism in doing your job and mostly your personality and smile working with me. I know 10000% I selected the right company ESPECIALLY due to you!”

“I bought my house with a fairly extensive irrigation system that I knew nothing about. Through a recommendation I contacted Heritage to be my service provider. I cannot say enough great things about this company and the wonderful people that work there. They are so responsive, very flexible to meet your needs/schedule, extremely skilled, and priced very competitively. I love their assurance plan that covers all need and issues throughout the year-- it takes a lot of stress off of being a homeowner. The few times I've had issues with sprinkler heads or my controller, they were at my house quickly and resolved on the spot. Their employees are always so friendly. Shout out to Travis the service technician. He is phenomenal, knowledgeable, and always has the best customer service. Renee in the office is awesome to work with as well. “Customer service is beyond!!! I’ve never dealt with any company that had customer service like Heritage! From the front office, the managers, the technicians! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Heritage just finished installing an irrigation system for my lawn. The technicians did a wonderful job. Andy the manger is beyond helpful. He explained the installation very well. He explained the different sprinkler heads used and why different heads were put in different locations. Andy also explained how to work the WiFi controller and went over each section of the app. After installation, they noticed that my water pressure wasn’t as strong. They installed a pressure pump into my irrigation that improved the system tremendously. I’m beyond satisfied with this company and recommend them to anyone considering irrigation!!!”

“Wanted to share that I have been doing business with Heritage Irrigation for at least 5 years and have found it to be an excellent irrigation contractor during that time. Heritage is professional, courteous, prompt, and their work on our irrigation system has been perfect. We have even upgraded to a Hydrawise control system and have saved money while saving water usage and upgrading the technology supporting our system. Most recently, we had a technician named Travis perform some routine maintenance, and although I was not home, he communicated by text to discuss the repairs he was making and why.
