“They sent me a poorly trained temp worker. She was so slow and was more interested in talking about her hardships than working. I wasn't going to complain because I felt sorry for her. Unfortunately, the worst part is that when she was done my brand new granite counter tops were ruined by some abrasive chemical. There are discolored holes etched in it! The company is blaming it on me! The lady at personnel plus said "there's not much i can do." I didn't stand over her shoulder to make sure she was doing everything right (because I was busy cleaning as well) but I didn't think I should have to if I called a "professional" company to do the job. It's not like granite counters are some exhautic uncommon material no one knows how to clean properly. I'm just beyond disappointed.”

“I contracted with them to deep clean a house, but I was very disappointed when the mopping wasn't done, there were still coffee grounds on the floor, the walls were still dirty, and the garbage had not been hauled off as discussed. They are friendly enough on the phone, but the service was pretty lackluster. I won't be using them again, or recommending them to anyone I like.”
