“I bought from this company three years ago. My hot tub has been great until recently. Last week there was a lot of snow and rain. My hot tub was having heating issues. I reached out and was told they would check their service schedule and get back to me. Then nothing and ghosted ! Heard from them again after two days and they would check their schedule and let me know. Then ghosted yet again! Bullfrog is a good hot tub so it’s not on this sales place. But I reached out to another company , that I didn’t buy from and they had someone out the next day. The heating element was bad as I suspected when I first reached out to them. I will never purchase or get service from this company again! I paid over 10k for my hot tub and to be treated like this it’s just sad! Warranty runs out after three years. Just sad the lack of customer service. I will never work this company again!!!”
