Downtown YMCA

Downtown YMCA of Central Virginia is a comprehensive fitness and wellness facility serving Lynchburg and the surrounding region with over 1,200 swim lessons taught annually. They offer group and private swim lessons for infants through adults, water aerobics, family swim times, and competitive training programs designed to build water safety and confidence. Beyond aquatics, the Y provides youth development programs, group fitness classes, youth sports, childcare services, and wellness activities for seniors and cancer survivors—making it a full-service community center for families and individuals of all ages.
