“We called several window companies to replace windows on our condo in Wintergreen and companies either showed up and measured and then went silent or didn't bother calling us at all! We reached out to Dodson and received immediate and prompt responses, and they have now done two separate installations for us! Lexi is amazing at coordinating everything from measuring to installation, especially since we live 4 hours away! They worked with our HOA to make sure all entities were correct, and the quality of work is 100% guaranteed. I will use them for any future window service needs and highly recommend them.”

“I would leave negative stars if I could, and would suggest you try to find someone else for your windows. This process started last October and it's almost June. While much of the problem has been the company they buy the replacement panes of glass from, Dodson chose to use that company, and their lack of customer service in addressing problems their choices have created is appalling. 5 of the 9 panes we had replaced were defective. Because I had used a credit card to pay the 60% down required to order the glass, Dodson had my credit card number on file, which they used to charge us for the remaining 40% without bothering to check with me if that was OK to do. Panes of glass, including our LARGE picture window, went missing in the warehouse, until we got someone to do a search to find the lost panes. Second installation finally done, and 1 of the windows is still defective. I have had to call over and over again to get any information, notwithstanding the assurances from Carla that I would not be forgotten, we were repeatedly. Now the last window is in the warehouse, but when I called this morning I was told that they could fit me in in 13 days, knowing that we were leaving for the Summer. One would think they would have been calling me as soon as the window was received, rushing to get this job done properly, but no, they do not seem to be a company who cares once they prematurely charge you for a job well done. “Dodson did a whole house window replacement for us, it was a large job. The windows look great! I'm also very happy that the installers did a little extra, in that they added some extra trim to cover some holes/rot in the siding that were larger than the normal trim would've covered. It was definitely beyond what was required, and the extra trim does not look bad or temporary. Now I have extra time to address the siding replacement. Thank you, Lexi and Jody!”
