“I had just bought an old car out of state and with even older tires. Needed them asap. Driving by I saw the new location and pulled a turn and in I was. Team greeted me outside. I asked if they had the brand and size on hand I needed, was quoted quickly and when asked how fast they could do it(I had an appt in 45 mins) they asked if I had 30 mins. They had me out the door in less. Excellent job on the install and balance. Even used the internal weights. Great work and excellent people here. So happy to see them local. “Awesome service! Friday the 13th- I noticed nail in my tire in the morning. My first choice - Costco tire department - would actually work me in without appointment, but there were 5 cars ahead of me, and waiting would be 3-4 hours. On my way home, I stopped at this brand new place, "Discount Tires." Friendly manager rushed to open a door in front of me! They instantly got my car to inspect the tires for their life span, removed the nail from defective one, and fixed it, and all that was done within 20 min. The warranty was amazing: If my tire leaked an air a few miles later, they would replace it with a brand new tire for free. And by-the-way, ll this service was at no charge! I understand, it is a promotional marketing to earn my business in the future, and they actually did! Now they are will be my first choice. My next tire project - any service or a rotation, I will definitely take to the "Discount Tires" for service. They made my day and saved my time on that evening!”
