“We have had a wonderful experience with Charlottesville Orthodontics. We have two kids going through the process of braces. Our oldest daughter is almost done. They have been so patient and diligent with her care even with how slow her teeth grow. Our son has a more complicated case with teeth being pulled and surgery to have chains put on to help certain teeth come into the correct position. He was highly sensitive to anyone working on his teeth and we could not have been more thankful for Heather (one of the team members). Her gentle style and way she talked him through each step built his trust. He specifically requested her and she made sure to work the days he was scheduled as much as possible. He eventually was comfortable to have any of the team work on his teeth. Overall, Charlottesville Orthodontics gives fabulous customer service with all the various schedule changes that happen with two kids.
