The window installers did a phenomenal job. Everyone has been complimenting the look of the windows and the quality installation work. Joel did a great job!!! The installation manager kept us updated on every phase of the windows process from the direct factory, to scheduling the installation once the windows were done. We definitely didn't have to call up for any updates because Mary Woodson was always prompt with the information and reminders were also texted to us. “Needed 3 windows and a picture window replaced under warranty due to lost of gas/film between layers of glass. First call to CW in 1st week of Sept. Installer came on 9/11 to measure windows and would take 2 to 3 weeks. Called on 10/2 to check status. Windows were completed and in warehouse but would take 2 to 3 weeks to schedule install. Called back several times and got a schedule for 12/12. Would require 2 installers for picture window. Canceled a trip out of town for this install. Only one installer showed up and he replaced the 3 windows but not picture window. Needed to call and reschedule. Finally 2 installers came on 12/19 but window had a crack. Needed to remake the window and reschedule. Called on 12/30 to check on status, window was in warehouse but would take 6 to 8 weeks to schedule. Finally 3 installers came on 2/10 for installation. After installation they showed me some poor construction of the seal for the window. They said it would not leak but they would come back in future if it did. I do not blame the installers as they knew their job and polite. Most of above was the person who did the schedules and customer relations in the Ashland and Richmond offices. Very poor.”
