After waiting a month and half for my appointment the insurance company booked, we realized the insurance company made an error when trying to book my appointment. “Repairs took three weeks, when quoted two. Very few updates were shared during the process as to why it took longer. Also, we will have to take the vehicle back as one item was not fixed and one of the fixed items was not installed correctly. The staff at the shop is nice, but I would not recommend taking your car here for service.”
