“I have not hired this company yet, but I wanted to update a previous one-star review after a misunderstanding and a genuinely thoughtful follow-up from their team. Initially, there was confusion during the early quotation / intake stage, and communication dropped off. Based on that, I assumed the outreach I received was automated and impersonal, which led me to believe I was interacting with AI rather than real people. However, the company later reached out immediately and personally to clarify the situation, making sure I understood how much they care about their customers and the quality of their work. I was especially impressed to hear how responsive and attentive Kath was. What really stood out to me was the effort they made: both with a call and a follow-up email, simply to make sure I felt heard and understood. That level of care made a strong impression.
