“I was refered to go to this "law firm" and told that they would be more than willing to help me understand what I needed to do with my situation. I'm a Disabled Veteran and I have a hard time understanding things that used to come easy to me. It's embarrassing and I am very self conscious of it. These "people" are exactly what's wrong with our society. They claim to have served Idaho for 100+ yrs and yet they treat people like trash. While I was waiting to be seen, I watch a mother come in to ask about her son's case and the secretary said that they had bigger things to worry about and that her son was not a major priority at the moment. Who the hell says that to a mother? Seriously! I am still in absolute shock that the woman had the nerve to say that to a mother. You could see the pain in the mother's eyes. It was heartbreaking. Then came my turn to be torn down because I didn't have a law degree. They treated me like an idiot because I didn't understand the legal terminology that was being used and then had the nerve to tell me that if I gave them a $5,000 retainer they educate me in how the law in Idaho works. Excuse me? What? I left Idaho to serve my country and I was always proud to say that I came from such an amazing state but since being back, I've realized that this isn't the caring community I told so many people I served with. I told them that in Idaho we valued family and respect and yes money was needed but in Idaho we had values and didn't sell out those values for a few extra dollars. We help each other and we always showed compassion for our neighbors. All I can say is I hope this "law firm" realizes that I may just be one person but karma is real and Benoit Law is on Karma's list. You ALL should be ashamed to call yourselves Idahoans and you should be even more ashamed of what your website says about you because it is all clearly lies! 0 STARS if I could!”
