“I started out as a referral to Jeff who had lots of years experience. I was quickly transferred to someone that had less than a years experience. He was a Super nice guy but has left their company. I was told Jeff was overseeing things and recently spoke with Jeff and found out he wasn’t and that my portfolio setup wasn’t what he’d recommend. Was a mess and confusions. I spent hours converting all my retirements over to them. I don’t take my money lightly or with a casualness, this is my future and retirement and I’ve got to trust people are helping me. Not the case here. I believe I lost lots of money because I wasn’t getting the expertise and right advisement. When I confronted him about it, he blamed me that I “wasn’t responsive enough for him”, I asked why he didn’t he share that with me, he ended the call. Not a great experience after moving all my retirement accounts over and paid a lot of money for advisement and planning. Financially, it cost me more money to change over. I’ve learned their fees are higher than others and I’m not getting them only advisement for my investments I’m paying for. Not a company I’d recommend to anyone.”
