Brought my 1 y/o Golden to Ameripet for training. He had been thru several sessions at 2 other trainers. He d lose interest quickly, is naturally " spirited" (?). Ameripets trainer, Leroy Howard did a great job keeping dog engaged, by changing his training between obedience, tricks, and basic agility. Mr.Howard obviously loves dogs and is very generous with his time! Will go back and continue training with Mr.Leroy Howard! Thanks!

Nova and I LOVE the staff at AmeriPet!! 🩵 She is always so excited to go play with her friends. The staff are always excited to see her as well. She goes twice a week. You can schedule a spa/bath day also. They even celebrate her Bday 🎁 🥰 Thank you, THANK YOU for loving Nova! Best part, she sleeps like a baby on play days.

My daughter and I have boarded our dogs with you a few times now and I want to express how grateful we are to all of you! After doing a tour with another local business and walking away from that experience very disappointed and horrified with how the larger dogs breeds are kenneled, Your business was the complete opposite! Staff were welcoming! Friendly and Professional! Your facility is very clean, warm and inviting to the animals! The dedication you all have put forward is noticed and appreciated! Our dogs are excited to come here and play and we all feel the love! For whatever reason all the reviews from Megan T and the “Taylor’s” are being done because we did give negative reviews to this other business. The lack of professionalism is astonishing! They have attacked my daughter through her employment leaving false reviews and for some reason is adamant that I work for your company so that is why they have now done this to your google reviews. I will reach out directly but also wanted this posted for anyone to see. I am very sorry that your business is being drug into this and think if the owner or family of this competitor had any class whatsoever the responses would have been more mature and just maybe the owner would be open to some ideas on how to better her facility rather than personally attacking people and other businesses. So sorry for any inconvenience this causes and please know how much my daughter, myself and our fur babies appreciate you!!

We were on a trip to Yellowstone and thought having our 2 small dogs closer to us would be better than finding somewhere close to home. This is the first time they have been boarded. I did not know what to expect and can only tell my story. The staff was super nice and the dogs were safe there which is why they have 2 stars. I can only imagine how difficult it would be to keep a dog daycare and boarding facility smelling good. There was not a poop smell which is good but the grooming/ bathing station is right at the front so wet dog is the smell. It is great they offer bathing before pick up. After 7 days it was a nice add on ($) because we still had hours to drive home. We brought our dog beds and explained at drop off as well as on the admittance form that one of our dogs is only 5 months old and chews. There is a camera system you can log into between 630 pm and 630 am. The website shows a nice private VIP Room which I paid for. This is what made me feel good about taking them there. I could not access the first 3 nights of their stay due to login errors. I was saddened when I did login. My dogs were on a concrete floor, had it not been for their little beds I don't think they would have anything. There was nothing in there but the blanket and toys we brought. They seemed depressed which I kind of expected. No matter how late we checked the lights were still on. So basically our dogs who are used to being cuddled up on our sofa with us were in a room that resembled a prison cell for 7 days with no dark time and of course constant dog noise. I inquired about the conditions. The reasons was that the young pup had started chewing the couch so they took all the furniture out. What kind of dog facility doesn't have an alternative solution? Our puppy daycare facility at home has big bulky playground items like they have on a preschool playground. Chew resistant. Also, 2 of the dog toys we brought had big chunks eaten from them which means our little dog ingested them. Common sense to me would be to take those toys out. This experience broke some of our dogs spirit a little. Some just by situation and some by the circumstances. Like I said, the staff was nice and our dogs were safe but if I had to fork over $600 again I wouldn't do it for the situation we were in. In fact I would have asked for a credit but was to upset to even talk to them about it. I truly hope others have a great experience here. We were not happy overall. One mistake I made was not asking to see the actual room they were staying in. The photos show the website vip room and the other photo is a screen shot of us watching them. I'm just heart broken. I'm not sure how to move forward traveling.
