They sure know how to talk to children and explain things at their level. Lana was our dental assistant and she was amazing. Front office staff are also great, very professional and kind. I don't ever get the vibe that they're annoyed with me and all my questions. They're very helpful. “Dr. Smith has a true gift for working with kids, especially nervous ones. They spoke directly to my child in a way that was fun and comforting, and they always checked in to make sure they felt okay. My child actually smiled during the visit something I never thought I’d see at a dentist’s office. At the previous office(Just 4 Kids) our kids became terrified when it came to further treatments, and towards the end of our time there, they even struggled with the hygienist using their cleaning tools. “Took my 2.5 year old to have her checkup and teeth cleaned. Teri was her dental hygienist and she was wonderful with her. She took the time to get on my daughter’s level and let her touch and look at the equipment first before cleaning her teeth. We were able to have a great experience and clean teeth too.
