The person who did my estimate was very honest describing what needed to be done and showing me very clear pictures. He also was very patient explaining all my options for shingles, vents, gutters and gutter guards. He had samples of everything and videos about them and their quality/function. The scheduling process was very efficient, straightforward and quick. On installation day for the roof, they did an excellent job protecting my house and cleaning up. Marty, the installation supervisor, was on site the whole day and made me feel very confident about the whole process (as well as just being a really fun person to talk to!). They did a great job replacing the roof and a skylight, in December about a week before Christmas.
