“Every time I get a policy renew, I call around to see if I get the best rate. If it is just a couple of dollars I don't worry about it but when it's in the hundreds, then I call to see if I can get a better rate before switching over to a new company. I called and was told " I was just about to call you for the better rate" what a crock of crap. When has an insurance company every call to say Hey you can save money, NEVER. There are 2 things I hate the most a liar and a theft. You lied about calling me. Then when you gave me the rate you wouldn't adjust the policy. You said I had to pay in full for another 6 months. I already paid the first 6 months in full in advance. I called again right before my policy was set to renew to see if you could adjust the rate because you sent another policy declaration and there were no changes from the first one you sent; not even the adjusted $227.62 you offered before. I was told to set everything to email and I would save but couldn't tell me how much. So, I called Liberty Mutual and now I am saving $1,015.15 for the whole year with auto and homeowners insurance with no changes to coverages to switch to them. If you would have just adjusted the auto account when I first called, you wouldn't have lost a customer. I would have been happy and gone on with my day but because you wanted to squeeze extra money from me you now lost a customer.”
