Peterson Nutrition & Fitness is the private practice of Elisabeth Peterson, RDN, CEDS-C, a registered dietitian nutritionist specializing in eating disorder treatment and intuitive eating since 2001. Elisabeth provides individual, family, and couples counseling using evidence-based nutrition science combined with the somato-psycho-social model, mindful eating, and body acceptance principles. She also facilitates group programs including an Intuitive Eating book discussion group and Embody Book Club, and offers virtual telehealth services for clients locally, domestically, and internationally.
